Strictly spoken sets not collected within 3 months after repair, quote / quote not accepted, diagnosed as not worth repair or unable to repair will be disposed off.
This obviously does not apply to sets waiting for spares or other delays not under the customer's control. If you don’t hear from us within a couple of months, please contact us to revise the situation and avoid any misunderstanding.
We realise that repairs might come at a financially awkward time and special arrangements can be made. However failure from the customer to contact us and make such arrangements leaves us no choice.
