3 months on all work done and 6 months on backlights replaced.
New backlights should have a lifespan likely to be the same as a new TV.
This is not the alpha and omega and in a lot of cases we honour our guarantee longer than this depending on the problem.
We strongly believe that the reputation of any repair business depends on the way an occasional return is handled. We experience that regularly on complaints from new customers having been treated badly by other repair shops.
If after all possible efforts have been made and we cannot solve the problems you paid for, we are not shy to refund your repair costs. (Excluding evaluation paid).
