We avoid making promises we can't keep.
In general we work on a first come, first served basis but exceptions are sometimes made on merit.
Repair time is influenced by lot of factors e.g.
Workload - when booking in the customer will be informed about it.
Type of problem - intermittent or heat related problems might need more time – we can`t repair a problem we can`t see.
Spares availability - there is a huge variety of sets on the market. We carry a large variety of spares, especially components but it is impossible to stock everything. Some items might have to be ordered or even imported. If this is the case we'll keep you informed about the progress.
